Expect: A 45- or 60-minute full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness. Throughout class, your instructor will offer modifications for the moves and invite you to adjust the workout according to what your body needs.
Arrive: 10 minutes early to allow time to settle in, get a tour of our studio and connect with your instructor.
Bring: A water bottle to keep you hydrated during your workout.
Wear: Workout clothes you can move freely in.
